Ten toes over in Mexico

Tom Wegener gained notoriety in the burgeoning 1990s Californian longboard scene for his classic noseriding. He was incredibly influential with the renaissance of traditional longboarding.  Tom made original Super 8 and 16mm surf films and featured in Dan Wozniak’s Mexican surf journey, Siestas and Olas, released in 1997. Here he is surfing the legendary Love Machine, shot by Bill Parr.
