Processing & Dispatch
Orders ship from our Sunshine Coast workshop. Processing time 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Pre‑orders/backorders will include an ETA by email.
Australia

Standard: 3–7 business days.

Express: 1–3 business days.

Bulky/Oversize (timber, surfies, kits): 5–10 business days via courier; street address required (no PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers).
International
We ship selected products worldwide. Duties, taxes and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Contact us for timber documentation and custom freight quotes.
Rates
Calculated at checkout by weight, dimensions, and destination. Bulk timber or wholesale orders are quoted, email support@wegenertoolco.com.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you authorise ATL or the carrier performs safe‑drop, delivery is deemed complete when the carrier records delivery. Please choose a secure address.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
Ensure your shipping details are correct. Undeliverable or return‑to‑sender parcels may incur re‑delivery/return charges.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships (may take 24–48 hours to activate).
Damaged, Missing or Lost Parcels
Inspect deliveries on arrival and contact support@wegenertoolco.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll work with the carrier and organise a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Sustainability
We use recyclable/compostable packaging where possible and minimise plastic in freight materials.
Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
