Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with tags (where applicable), and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email support@wegenertoolco.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return. We’ll confirm if your return is approved and provide the return instructions and return address (or label where applicable).
Please note; any items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate and make it right—repair, replacement, or refund—consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

  • All timber sales are final once cut, or otherwise modified. Natural variations in grain, colour, and minor surface features are expected and not considered defects.

  • DIY kits that have been opened and contain consumables (e.g., adhesives, sandpaper) or show signs of use may not be returned.

  • Custom / made-to-order items and personalised products are not mass-produced and may have minor variations or imperfections that add to their unique character and are not considered defects. 

  • If you’re unsure about your item, email support@wegenertoolco.com before purchasing or returning.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns

If approved, you may return an eligible item within 30 days. Return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping costs are non‑refundable. If we provide a prepaid label, we may deduct the label cost from your refund.

Exchange

For the fastest exchange, return the item once approved and purchase the replacement as a new order.

EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off (Consumers in the EU only

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact support@wegenertoolco.com.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
